Spot traders can be categorized as either market makers or market takers. A trading fee is charged for each executed order.
Taker: A Taker is a trader who seeks liquidity and immediately takes liquidity from the order book, typically by executing trades at the market price with current orders. They are charged a 0.1% Taker fee.
Maker: A Maker is a trader who adds depth to the market by placing orders that remain on the order book, waiting for other traders to fill them. They are charged a 0.1% Maker fee.
Traders can view the trading fees they have incurred in their trading history.
