How long does the identity verification process take?

The identity verification process consists of two steps: information submission and review. For information submission, you only need to spend a few minutes uploading your identification documents and completing facial authentication. After that, you wait for IBIT's review. The review is typically completed within 30 minutes, depending on the country and document type you have chosen. If it takes longer than this, you can contact customer service to inquire about the review progress.

Can a user verify multiple IBIT accounts?

Each user can only verify one IBIT account. If you already have a verified account, you can log out of that account and complete verification on a new account. If you are unable to recover the originally verified account, you can contact customer service for identity reset.

Can I modify my identity information after verification?

You cannot modify your identity information. However, if there are inaccuracies in your information, you can contact customer service for assistance.
