The following are reasons that may cause your IBIT KYC audit to fail:
Failure Reason 1: The document you provided is unclear or of poor quality.
Solution: Ensure that the document you submit is clear and visible.
Failure Reason 2: Your document has expired.
Solution: Provide a document that is within its validity period.
Failure Reason 3: We cannot identify or do not support the document type you provided.
Solution: Submit a document according to the country and document type you have selected.
Failure Reason 4: You have already registered another account on the platform and verified it, and we do not allow verification for additional accounts.
Solution: If you have another verified IBIT account, you can log out of this account and re-verify. If you cannot recover this account, contact customer service for a reset.
Failure Reason 5: Your photo does not match the document photo.
Solution: Submit a document and complete facial authentication by yourself.
Failure Reason 6: Your age does not meet our requirements; we only support users aged 18 and above.
Solution: We do not accept users below the age of 18.
Failure Reason 7: During video authentication, there is obstruction, unclear lighting, or other factors affecting the quality of the video and personal shooting.
Solution: Choose a location with suitable and bright lighting, avoid wearing hats, glasses, scarves, or anything that obscures the view, ensure your face is clearly visible, and redo the video recording.
