The Task Center is IBIT’s dedicated hub for platform tasks and rewards. Here, you can explore available tasks, track your progress, and claim rewards after completing the required objectives.
Rewards may include Futures Trading Bonus, USDT rewards, physical gifts, and more.
To claim rewards, users must complete KYC Level 1 (KYC1) or above. If you have completed a task but have not completed KYC1 verification, please finish identity verification before returning to claim your rewards.
How to Access the Task Center
You can access the Task Center through the IBIT App or Web to:
- View available tasks
- Track task progress
- Check reward details
- Claim completed rewards
Task Categories
The Task Center may include the following task types:
New User Tasks
Designed for new users, including tasks such as:
- Account registration
- KYC verification
- First deposit
- First trade
Growth Tasks
Designed for active users, including:
- Futures trading volume
- Net deposits
- Referral activities
Check-In Tasks
Complete daily or consecutive check-ins to earn rewards.
Event Tasks
Limited-time promotional tasks, including:
- Trading campaigns
- Deposit campaigns
- Referral campaigns
- Holiday events
Some tasks are only available to specific user groups, such as VIP users, invited users, or designated affiliate members.
Task Progress & Details
The Task Center displays your current progress for each task.
Examples:
- Futures Volume Tasks show accumulated trading volume.
- Referral Tasks show the number of qualified referrals.
- Check-In Tasks show completed check-in days.
Please note that progress updates may be delayed. Final data displayed on the task page shall prevail.

Difficulty Levels & Exclusive Tags
Some tasks display a difficulty level to indicate completion complexity.
Generally:
- Higher difficulty = Higher requirements
- Higher difficulty = Potentially larger rewards
Certain tasks may also include exclusive tags, indicating they are only available to eligible users, such as VIP members, invited users, or designated affiliates.
Common Task Definitions
Balance Snapshot
The system checks whether your account balance meets the task requirements at a specified time.
Futures Trading Volume
The total executed trading volume generated through Futures trading.
The exact calculation method is subject to the task details page.
Excluding High-Frequency Trading Volume
If a task specifies “excluding HF trading volume,” certain trading data may be excluded according to platform rules, and only eligible Futures trading volume will be counted.
Net Deposit
Generally calculated as: Net Deposit = Total Deposits − Total Withdrawals
Whether internal transfers or other deposit types are included is subject to the task details page.
Referral Deposit
A referred user must complete a deposit within the specified period and meet the task requirements.
Some referral tasks may additionally require the invitee to complete KYC verification or trading activities.
KYC Level
KYC Level refers to the user’s verification status.
Some tasks require either the user or the referred user to complete a specified KYC level before progress can be counted or rewards can be claimed.
Prerequisite Tasks
Some tasks require prerequisite tasks to be completed before subsequent tasks become available.
Progress for a follow-up task will only begin counting after the prerequisite task has been completed and unlocked.
Example
- Task A: Futures Trading Volume ≥ 10,000 USDT
- Task B: Futures Trading Volume ≥ 100,000 USDT
- Task B requires Task A to be completed first.
If a user generates 20,000 USDT in Futures trading volume before Task B is unlocked:
- The volume will count toward Task A only.
- Task B will be unlocked after Task A is completed.
- Previous volume will not be retroactively counted toward Task B.
To complete Task B, users must generate new eligible trading volume after Task B has been unlocked.
Reward Types
Futures Trading Bonus
Can be used for Futures trading. Please refer to the IBIT Bonus guide for detailed usage rules.
USDT Rewards
Typically credited directly to the designated account specified on the task page.
Physical Rewards
Including merchandise, event gifts, and promotional prizes.
Users may be required to submit shipping information. Distribution arrangements are subject to the task details page or campaign announcement.
Reward Status
Tasks may display the following statuses:

| In Progress | Task is active but not yet completed |
| Claimable | Requirements have been met and reward can be claimed |
| Ended | Task has expired and can no longer be completed or claimed |
Reward Claim Requirements
To claim a reward, users must:
- Complete the task requirements
- Complete KYC1 or above
- Claim the reward before the claim deadline
- Meet any additional requirements stated in the task details
Users who have not completed KYC1 cannot claim rewards, even if the task has been completed.
Reward Validity & Physical Reward Tracking
- Different rewards may have different claim periods or validity periods.
- Please refer to the task details page for the applicable deadline.
- Unclaimed rewards may be forfeited after the claim period expires.
- For physical rewards, users can track fulfillment status through the Task Center or corresponding campaign page. Please ensure shipping information is accurate, as IBIT may not be able to reissue rewards due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Q&A
Why can’t I see certain tasks?
Some tasks are only available to specific user groups, such as VIP users, invited users, or designated affilliates. If you are not eligible, the task may not be displayed.
Why hasn’t my task progress updated?
Task statistics may take time to process. Please refresh the page later and ensure your activity meets the task requirements.
Why can’t I claim my reward after completing the task?
Possible reasons include:
- KYC1 verification not completed
- Reward not yet claimable
- Claim period has expired
- Additional requirements have not been met
- Reward settlement is still being processed
Can rewards be claimed multiple times?
This depends on the task rules. Some rewards are one-time only, while others may be available periodically.
Will previous trading volume count toward a task unlocked later?
No. Progress for subsequent tasks begins only after the prerequisite task has been completed and the new task has been unlocked.
Where can I track physical reward delivery?
You can check the reward status through the Task Center or the corresponding campaign page.
Where can I find the reward claim deadline?
Please refer to the task details page for the specific claim deadline.
Are Check-In Tasks refreshed?
Yes. Check-In Tasks are generally refreshed every 60 days.
If a Check-In Task is refreshed during an ongoing cycle, you will need to start over when the new cycle begins.
What actions may result in reward cancellation?
Users must comply with the Perpetual Trading Agreement, User Agreement, and Risk Control Policy.
IBIT reserves the right to disqualify users, revoke rewards, reclaim distributed rewards, or restrict account functions if any of the following is detected:
- Wash trading
- Self-matching trades
- Bulk account registration
- Malicious arbitrage
- Any other prohibited activity
Which rules take precedence?
Task requirements, reward details, claim periods, and calculation methods displayed on the task details page and official announcements shall prevail.
IBIT reserves the right to modify, interpret, or update task rules at any time.
