IBIT Announcement: System Maintenance & Upgrade [2024-04-28]

To provide better service, the IBIT exchange is scheduled for system upgrade maintenance on April 28, 2024, at 19:00 UTC. The expected duration of the upgrade is 1-2 hours.

The details of the upgrade are as follows:

1. Add the funding account, which provides users with fund storage and deposit/withdrawal functions.
2. Optimization of IBIT account function configuration, adding transfer and fund flow sub-account functions.
3. Optimization of system performance and stability to improve operational fluency.
4. Fix other system issues.

During the upgrade period, users will be unable to log in, register, enter orders, or trade. Related operations will resume once the upgrade is complete. Your orders, positions, stop-loss orders, etc., will not be affected during the upgrade. After the upgrade is completed, the user's funds will be in the trading account by default. If you need to transfer funds to the funding account, please use the transfer function.

Please manage your trading positions in advance to guard against any impact from market fluctuations during the upgrade.

This system upgrade is mandatory and will apply to both the web and app versions. During the update process, you may see a message indicating that the service is being upgraded. Simply log in to your iOS or Android mobile app to update.
