1. Resend
During peak periods, email delivery may be congested. If you don't receive the email verification, wait for 10 minutes, and then click "Resend Verification Code."
2. Check Trash/Spam Folder
Verify if the email has been automatically categorized as trash or spam.
If using Gmail, check if it's classified under the "Promotions" tab.
3. Check Email Rejection Settings
Some email providers may automatically reject certain emails to prevent suspicious content. If you have rejection settings, whitelist IBIT's domain: "ibit.global."
4. Verify Signal/Network
Try toggling "Airplane Mode" on and off on your mobile device; this might improve the situation.
5. Check Email Capacity
Ensure there is sufficient capacity in your inbox to receive emails.
