Withdrawal is Still in Progress

Log in to your IBIT account and check the withdrawal records. If the "Status" indicates that the transaction is "in progress," please wait for the confirmation process to complete.

Withdrawal Completed

If the "Status" indicates that the transaction is "completed," it means the funds have been successfully withdrawn. You can click to copy the "Transaction ID/Hash" to the designated blockchain explorer to view transaction details (you can also contact IBIT's official online customer service). Please use the transaction ID/hash to confirm with the receiving platform or wallet.

Make sure the receiving platform/wallet supports the cryptocurrency you are withdrawing and the network you are using. If you are unsure, verify with the receiving platform/wallet before withdrawing; otherwise, your assets may be lost and cannot be recovered.
