IBITTERS,
To provide our users with an unparalleled trading experience—particularly empowering high-frequency strategists and quantitative traders—IBIT will implement a major upgrade to its existing risk control system on December 18, 2025.
Effective from December 18, 2025, at 00:00 UTC+8, the following new rules will apply to orders with a holding period of less than 3 minutes:
1. Removal of Restrictions: No more risk controls on the number of such orders or their proportion of total trading volume.
2. Clear Rebate Entitlement: Fees from these orders will qualify for an 80% rebate share.
3. Automatic Distribution: Rebates will be credited directly to your unified trading account.
Example: Affiliate A (30% rebate ratio) invites User B (10% rebate ratio) to register and trade futures. User B generates 1,000 USDT in total trading fees, of which 200 USDT comes from high-frequency orders (including both opening and closing fees across 20 orders) and 800 USDT from non-high-frequency orders.
Affiliate A’s earnings will be calculated as:
= (High-frequency fees × (Affiliate A ratio – User B ratio) × 80%) + (Non-high-frequency fees × (Partner A ratio – User B ratio))
= (200 USDT × (30% – 10%) × 80%) + (800 USDT × (30% – 10%))
= 32 USDT + 160 USDT
= 192 USDT
*Current definition of high-frequency orders: Orders held for less than 3 minutes.
Advantages of IBIT’s Upgraded Risk Control System:
1. No need to avoid high-frequency rules—plan your holding times freely based on your strategy.
2. Greater flexibility to open and close positions during volatile markets, staying in sync with price action.
3. Uniform 80% rebate share on short-term order fees—transparent rules and predictable earnings.
4. Rebates are credited directly to your unified trading account the following day, maximizing capital efficiency.
IBIT remains dedicated to building a fair, open, and highly efficient trading environment. Thank you for your continued trust and support!
