Here is how to follow leads to find your missing deposit currencies on your IBIT account:

Why the deposit did not arrive in your IBIT account?

1. Pending network confirmation number
Once the minimum requirements have been met, your deposit will be successfully credited to the network confirmation number assigned by the IBIT system. Please note that the minimum requirements are different for each cryptocurrency.
*For example, the minimum network confirmation number for a BTC deposit is 1, but for security reasons, the IBIT system requires a minimum of 2 network confirmations to unlock your BTC deposit.

2. Deposit currencies that are not listed on IBIT
The page of deposit shows the currencies and networks supported by IBIT. You can check the supported currencies and networks from the Deposit/ Withdrawal status page. If you deposit via an unsupported network or with a currency that is not listed, your assets may be lost and unrecoverable.

3. Minimum amount not reached
For your convenience, the minimum amount of deposit is listed on the deposit page. If you do not reach the minimum amount, your funds will not be credited.

Tips:

1. Wait patiently

Please be patient as the deposit usually takes 5-30 minutes to arrive at the account according to the speed of the block confirmation.

2. Double Check the deposit address or check the chain record

Check whether the deposit address is correct, you can copy the address and check the on-chain transfer records in the designated blockchain browser.

3. Contact customer service and submit relevant details

If the account has not arrived for a long time, you can contact IBIT's official online customer service and provide the address, transfer hash, and IBIT account address, so that IBIT online CS can help you quickly follow up the process.
